So I finally settled on a menu for this week. It's going to be one of those super busy, live in the car kind of weeks, but I nailed down a few good dinners for the week and here they are:
Monday: Left Overs, had a late lunch out with the family (Chris's day off) and it was a work catch up day for me.
Tuesday: Creamy Pork Chops, Mushroom Carrots, Rice
Wednesday: Shepherds Pie
Thursday: 3 Cheese Tortellini and Garlic Bread
Friday: Pizza
Saturday & Sunday: Free for all/Left Overs
Oh yea and I thought I better mention. In a lot of my recipes I mention seasoning with the Fab 4, it's just my favorite 4 Spices that I like to season meat with. I will usually season with these 4 and occasionally I'll add in another spice depending on the dish. It's nothing earth shattering, it's your pretty standard seasonings (Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder).

It's the Crushed Peppercorn and Garlic Rub from Pampered Chef. If you haven't tried it, you should! It's wonderful!
